  • Coming out of the Leisure Centre take the track to your left
  • This track brings you out at the bottom of Park Avenue where you cross the road and continue along the track
  • The track bends to the left and links with Kirkfield Road
  • Turn right to continue along Kirkfield Road and continue to go down Norman Avenue on your right
  • Follow Norman Avenue round to the left and take the footpath along the field, which is after the houses on your left
  • Continue through the fields until the footpath reaches a track
  • Continue along this access track until it comes out on a road where you turn right
  • Continue along the road until a T-junction and turn right to follow the disused railway line
  • This trail comes out onto the car park, with the Leisure Centre on your right
